Atlantium is a water purification technology company serving industrial and municipal clients. When an unrecoverable server and backup failure took their entire web presence offline, they needed more than a quick fix - they needed someone who could rebuild with intention under an impossible deadline.

Role

Built and launched an interim site within 48 hours to restore Atlantium's online presence before the start of the work week. Then conducted a full rebuild from scratch: interviewed the client to define visitor personas and site architecture, recovered as much content and file assets as possible from the crashed environment, and partnered with the marketing team to rewrite and update copy. Added integrated video and redesigned navigation to improve on what existed before the crash.

 

Outcome

Site live within days of the crash - with better structure, clearer messaging, and stronger content than the original. A crisis became an opportunity to fix what the old site had gotten wrong.
